Being first time home buyers, we were pretty clueless and not sure what to expect. Yarrow went above and beyond to make the home buying process as simple and efficient as possible. We met Yarrow at an open house, and once she found out this was our first time buying a home, she offered to sit down with us and discuss the process. Yarrow sat down with us for 2 hours and explained everything we needed to know, even before we had signed her as our agent; Yarrow truly has her client’s best interest at heart! Yarrow was always quick to respond to questions, and would schedule showings at the drop of a hat. Yarrow always took time to explain what documents we were signing, and most importantly, what they meant for us. Yarrow is extremely detailed and has a great network of contacts (lenders, inspectors, insurance, etc.).
